2020 Antwerp, Belgium
Effective 15 October 2026. Version 2.0.
These Terms govern your use of www.iconyc.cc (the "Website"). They do not govern purchases. Every purchase is governed by the Shop Terms of the company that sells to you, which you accept separately at checkout.
When you create an account, subscribe to our newsletter or send us material, we will ask you to accept these Terms expressly.
Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have as a consumer under mandatory law, including the law of the country where you live.
The Website is owned and operated by CAA Media SRL, which holds the intellectual property of the ICONYC Group and licenses it to the group companies. CAA Media SRL does not sell products or services to users through the Website.
Products and services offered on the Website are sold by separate companies of the ICONYC Group. Products of ICONYC Group companies in Japan, South Korea, Switzerland and the United Kingdom are not sold on the Website and are available to consumers only through authorised distributors. Each group company is incorporated in its own right and is responsible for its own contracts, legal compliance and obligations.
The company that sells to you is always shown by its full legal name, address, registration number and contact details on the product page, in your cart, at checkout and in your order confirmation. Your contract is with that company.
No group company may bind or act on behalf of CAA Media SRL or any other group company, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
All intellectual property rights in the ICONYC name, logo, trade marks, trade names and brand assets, and in the content of the Website, including text, design, graphics, photographs, sound recordings, audiovisual works, software and code, belong to CAA Media SRL or its licensors. ICONYC is a registered European Union trade mark, No. 019262892, owned by CAA Media SRL.
CAA Media SRL licenses these rights to the ICONYC Group companies under written intra group licence agreements. The group companies use them under licence and do not own them.
You may view, download and print content from the Website for your own personal, noncommercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution, adaptation, publication or commercial use requires the prior written consent of CAA Media SRL. This does not affect the exceptions you enjoy under copyright law, such as quotation or private copying.
The ICONYC marks may not be used in connection with any product or service that does not come from the ICONYC Group, or in any way that is likely to cause confusion or that disparages the ICONYC name or its products.
Content on the Website is provided for information and promotion, unless a page relating to a purchase states otherwise. Where a product page, checkout or the Shop Terms give specific information about a product, that information prevails.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Website accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee that every item of information is complete or up to date at all times.
We may change, suspend or discontinue the Website or any part of it. Where this affects a service you have signed up for, we will give you reasonable notice.
CAA Media SRL is liable to you only in its role as owner and operator of the Website. To the extent permitted by law, it is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, nor for loss caused by temporary unavailability of the Website, errors or omissions in information despite reasonable care, content or conduct of third parties, or events beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or intentional fault, for gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Claims relating to a purchase should be addressed to the selling company named in your order, which is responsible for performing that contract.
If you send us designs, photographs, concepts, testimonials or other material through the Website ("Submissions"), you keep your copyright and all other rights in it.
By sending a Submission, you grant CAA Media SRL and the ICONYC Group companies a nonexclusive, royalty free, worldwide licence to reproduce, adapt for format, publish and communicate it to the public on the Website, on ICONYC social media channels and in ICONYC publications and promotional material, for five years from the date you send it. Forms of use not listed here are not included.
Where you are the author, we will credit you where reasonably possible and respect your moral rights. We will only use your name, image or likeness with your separate consent, which you may withdraw at any time. Personal data in a Submission is handled under our Privacy Policy.
We are not obliged to use, pay for or respond to a Submission, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Please do not send material that is confidential. You confirm that you have the rights needed to send the Submission and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
You agree to use the Website lawfully and in line with these Terms. In particular, you will not interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, collect content or data from it by automated means for commercial purposes, or impersonate any person.
If you create an account, please keep your sign in details confidential and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used them. We may suspend or close an account in case of a serious breach of these Terms. Except where urgent action is needed, we will tell you beforehand and give you the opportunity to respond.

Personal data may be shared with ICONYC Group companies where needed for a purchase or service you request, and with service providers that support us, such as IT, logistics and payment providers. We do not sell your personal data.
Some group companies and service providers are located outside the European Economic Area, including in the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Japan, South Korea, the United States and the United Arab Emirates. Where personal data is transferred there, we rely on an adequacy decision of the European Commission or on appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses. You can request a copy of these safeguards at privacy@iconyc.cc.

The Website may link to websites run by third parties. These are provided for convenience only. Their own terms and privacy practices apply, and CAA Media SRL is not responsible for their content, products or services.
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data transmitted through the Website. No transmission over the internet is entirely secure, so please take care with what you send. Our liability for security incidents follows section 05 and the GDPR.
If you breach these Terms through your own fault, you are responsible for the loss this causes CAA Media SRL, in line with applicable law.
If you use the Website for business purposes, you will also indemnify CAA Media SRL against third party claims, damages and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms.
