Alcohol. Alcoholic products are sold only to persons aged 18 or over, or the higher legal age in their country. Access to the drinks pages requires an age check. Spirits are produced by ICONYC Distillery AG, Switzerland, and are not sold on this Website. They are available to consumers only through authorised distributors. Wines are produced and sold by Alto Único SL, Spain. Each seller is responsible for compliance with the alcohol, excise and labelling rules that apply to the products it sells. Please enjoy responsibly.

Cosmetics and fragrance. ICONYC Cosmetics products are made under the responsibility of ICONYC Cosmetics Yuhan Hoesa, South Korea. They are not sold on this Website and are available to consumers only through authorised distributors. They comply with Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 on cosmetic products and follow the standards of the International Fragrance Association (IFRA). The responsible person established in the European Union and the full ingredient list are shown on each product page and on the packaging.

Music distribution. ICONYC ONE is operated by Y/One Ltd, United Kingdom, which is responsible for all distribution agreements and obligations arising from ICONYC ONE.
