Withdraw from your order
To withdraw from a purchase, enter your order or invoice number and the email address used for the order. Then select "Withdraw from contract here" for the items you want to return.
How to return your items
EU customers: free collection. Every delivery includes a prepaid return label and a return form. Attach the label to the parcel and call the courier shown on it (DHL Express or UPS) to arrange the pickup. If you no longer have the label, contact us at client.service@iconyc.cc.
Customers outside the European Union bear the cost of return.
Please send the items back within 14 days of withdrawing.
