About ICONYC
ICONYC is a New York-born luxury brand built on craftsmanship, culture, and an unmistakable point of view. Our products span fashion, spirits, and fragrance, and every one of them has to meet the same standard: exceptional. This role makes sure they do, from first sample to final delivery.
The Role
We're looking for a Production & Supply Chain Manager to build and maintain the operational infrastructure behind ICONYC across fashion, spirits, and fragrance. You'll own our manufacturer and supplier relationships end to end, overseeing timelines, quality control, costing, and logistics from sampling through to delivery. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands that in luxury, operations are part of the product.
We believe talent isn't tied to a zip code. This role is open to candidates anywhere in the world. You set your base, and we'll build around it.
What You'll Do
Build and manage relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and production partners across fashion, spirits, and fragrance. Own production timelines from sampling and development through bulk production and delivery, keeping launches on schedule. Set and enforce quality control standards at every stage, ensuring every product meets ICONYC's benchmark. Manage costing and margin targets, negotiating with partners and identifying efficiencies without compromising quality. Oversee logistics, freight, customs, and warehousing across categories and regions. Develop the systems, processes, and documentation that let our supply chain scale as the brand grows. Work closely with product, retail partnerships, and leadership to align production capacity with commercial plans. Monitor compliance, sustainability, and ethical sourcing standards across our supplier network.
What You Bring
You have 5+ years in production, supply chain, or operations for luxury or premium goods, with deep knowledge of production across more than one category strongly preferred, ideally spanning fashion, spirits, or fragrance. You've managed manufacturer and supplier relationships directly and know how to hold partners to a standard while keeping relationships strong. You're fluent in costing, margin management, and production calendars, and you have hands-on experience with quality control and international logistics. You're organized, detail-obsessed, and calm under deadline pressure, and you're comfortable working in a remote-first, cross-timezone environment.
Nice to have: experience scaling supply chains for a growing brand, knowledge of regulatory requirements for spirits or fragrance (labeling, alcohol distribution, IFRA), additional languages.
What We Offer
A defining operational role in a growing luxury brand: you'll build this infrastructure, not inherit it. Flexibility on location thanks to our different office locations. A working culture built on trust and output. Competitive compensation, with your expectations shared in the application form. Access to the people, products, and rooms that shape luxury around the world, wherever you're based.
How to Apply
Submit your application through the form below, including your salary expectations and current location. We review every application and respond to all candidates.
