HR Manager

Full Time Position

About ICONYC

ICONYC is a luxury house born in New York, built on craftsmanship, culture, and an unmistakable point of view. Behind the brand sits a growing international business that spans multiple entities, currencies, and disciplines across six cities. This role holds the people side of that business together as it scales.

The Role

We are looking for an HR Manager to own talent and people operations across the ICONYC group. You will lead hiring, onboarding, and the employee experience, and keep the standard consistent whether someone sits in Antwerp, London, or Dubai. You will work closely with the Finance Director and the founder, and you will be trusted with the judgement a small, exacting, international team requires. This is a rare chance to shape how a luxury house grows its people.

What You Will Do

Own the full hiring cycle across divisions, from role definition and sourcing to offer and onboarding. Design and run an onboarding that makes the ICONYC standard clear from day one. Maintain employment contracts, records, and policy across the group’s operating entities and jurisdictions. Advise managers on structure, performance, and progression, and hold difficult conversations with discretion. Keep the company compliant with employment obligations in each country it operates in, working with local advisers where needed. Build the light, deliberate people processes a scaling business needs, without adding bureaucracy the culture does not want.

What You Bring

You are a people professional who has run HR in a small, fast, international environment and understands multiple jurisdictions. You are discreet, calm under pressure, and comfortable holding confidential information with care. You have strong judgement, a bias for clarity over process for its own sake, and the presence to advise senior people. You are fluent in English, and additional languages are welcome given the footprint.

Nice to have, exposure to luxury, media, or creative businesses, and familiarity with Belgian and UK employment frameworks.

What We Offer

A senior, broad people role in a growing international luxury house, with direct access to the founder and the leadership team. Real ownership of how the company hires and grows. A working culture built on trust and output. Competitive compensation, with your expectations shared in the application form. Access to the people, products, and rooms that shape luxury around the world, wherever you are based.

How to Apply

Submit your application through the form below, including your salary expectations and current location. We review every application and respond to all candidates.
