The Role

We're looking for a Financial Controller to own the day-to-day financial control infrastructure across ICONYC's operating entities in Belgium, the UK, the US, and the UAE. Working directly under Finance Director Henriette LeBlanc, you'll oversee management accounts, intercompany reconciliation, cash flow forecasting, audit preparation, and statutory reporting across jurisdictions. As the business scales across 6+ cities and 10+ verticals, precision and systems thinking are non-negotiable.

What You'll Do

Own monthly management accounts across all operating entities, delivering accurate and timely reporting to the Finance Director and leadership. Manage intercompany reconciliation across Belgium, the UK, the US, and the UAE, keeping cross-entity positions clean and documented. Lead cash flow forecasting across entities and currencies, giving the business clear visibility on liquidity. Prepare for and manage external audits across jurisdictions, acting as the primary contact for auditors. Ensure statutory reporting and filing compliance in each jurisdiction, working with local advisors where needed. Build and strengthen financial controls, processes, and systems that scale with the business. Support the Finance Director on budgeting, treasury, and ad hoc analysis as the group grows.

What You Bring

You are ACA, ACCA, or CPA qualified with strong post-qualification experience in financial control. Multi-entity and multi-currency experience is essential; you've closed books across borders and understand the complexity of intercompany accounting and consolidated reporting. You have hands-on experience with audit preparation and statutory reporting in more than one jurisdiction. You think in systems: you build processes that hold up under growth, not workarounds. You're precise, deadline-driven, and comfortable operating across time zones in a fast-scaling international business.

Nice to have: experience in luxury, consumer goods, or multi-vertical group structures, familiarity with Belgian, UK, US, or UAE reporting requirements, experience implementing or migrating finance systems.
