About ICONYC
ICONYC is a New York-born luxury brand built on craftsmanship, culture, and an unmistakable point of view. Across spirits, fragrance, and magazine, we're building a customer base that demands precision management. This role owns the data behind those relationships.
The Role
We're looking for a CRM & Data Manager to own the architecture and execution of ICONYC's customer data strategy, from platform selection and database management to segmentation, lifecycle campaigns, and subscriber analytics. You understand both the commercial and the creative dimensions of customer communication, and you treat data as a brand asset, not a utility. You'll build this function from the ground up and shape how ICONYC knows, reaches, and retains its customers across every vertical.
What You'll Do
Own the customer data architecture across spirits, fragrance, and magazine, including platform selection, implementation, and database management. Design and maintain segmentation models that reflect how our customers actually behave across verticals. Build and execute lifecycle campaigns, from welcome flows and replenishment reminders to renewals and win-backs, balancing commercial goals with brand voice. Own subscriber analytics for the magazine, tracking acquisition, engagement, retention, and churn. Ensure data quality, hygiene, and enrichment across all sources and touchpoints. Manage compliance with GDPR and other data privacy regulations across the markets we operate in. Report on CRM performance and customer insights to marketing and leadership, turning data into decisions. Partner with creative and brand teams so every customer communication feels unmistakably ICONYC.
What You Bring
You have 4+ years in CRM, customer data, or lifecycle marketing, with experience at luxury or premium consumer brands strongly preferred. You've owned a CRM platform end to end, ideally including selection and implementation, and you're fluent in segmentation, automation, and campaign tooling. You combine analytical rigor with creative judgment: you read the data and you understand why the copy matters. You have working knowledge of data privacy regulations, including GDPR. You're comfortable operating across multiple product verticals and time zones in a fast-scaling international business.
Nice to have: experience with subscription or membership models, familiarity with platforms such as Klaviyo, Braze, Salesforce, or HubSpot, SQL or data analysis skills, experience in spirits, fragrance, or publishing.
What We Offer
Ownership of a function you'll build, not inherit, at a growing international luxury brand. A working culture built on trust and output. Competitive compensation, with your expectations shared in the application form. Access to the people, products, and rooms that shape luxury around the world, wherever you're based.
How to Apply
Submit your application through the form below, including your salary expectations and current location. We review every application and respond to all candidates.
ICONYC is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
