This role sits within ICONYC Agency, the artist management and booking arm of the music division.

The Role

We are looking for an Artist and Booking Manager to run management and bookings across the ICONYC Agency roster. You will guide artists’ careers and fill their calendars, negotiating shows, tours, and appearances that fit where each act is going. You will hold the relationships, the deals, and the detail, and you will represent the house to promoters, festivals, and partners worldwide. This is a role for someone who reads both the art and the business, and protects the artist while closing the deal.

What You Will Do

Manage a roster of artists, guiding career strategy, releases, and public presence alongside the label and A&R. Secure and negotiate bookings, from club shows to festivals and private events, at terms that serve the artist and the house. Build and hold relationships with promoters, agents, festivals, and venues across the key markets. Plan tours and routing, and coordinate logistics, contracts, and settlements end to end. Work with the labels, radio, and events so an artist’s bookings, releases, and appearances move as one plan. Track the numbers on each artist and each deal, and keep the roster’s calendar and pipeline current.

What You Bring

You have managed and booked artists in electronic or wider contemporary music, and you have a network of promoters, agents, and festivals to prove it. You negotiate well, hold your nerve in a deal, and protect the artist without losing the room. You are organised across contracts, routing, and settlements, and calm across time zones and late nights. You are fluent in English, and additional languages help across the footprint.

Nice to have, existing relationships across European and international touring circuits, and experience with agency tools and contract workflows.
